Absolutely shocking. Negligence and theft from their own customers! DO NOT SUPPORT THEM

Absolutely shocking service and neglect of customers. I bought and order online in the beginning of October 2021, the order arrived with a missing item. I contacted them on 7th October and have been in communication back and forth since for 2 months where they simply say they are escalating it or getting the manager to call which nothing ever happens! I am so shocked that they don't care that they were happy to charge me for incomplete products and not fix the situation by either refund or sending me the missing product, it's basically theft, negligence and complete disregard for customers. I am starting with Hello Peter and if something doesn't drastically turn around and fast, I am going to do my best to expose them on every platform I can find because people should be aware and warned of this and take their business to shops who actually look after and value their clients, businesses that do this should be exposed!
