Absolutely poor online service by Makro

I bought an item on Makro online about a month ago I haven’t received my item , on the Makro System it shows delivered . However I haven’t received nothing , I have called Makro call Center countless times none of the people I speak to give me a concrete answer and solution as to where is my item . I’m very frustrated dealing with such incompetence. This is by far the worst online sale I have ever done in the history of my online sales . If I had to rate their service I would give them -5 for absolutely the worst online service ever . Please Makro deal with this incompetence it’s degrading your Brand .from Zakhele Siwela
