Absolutely PATHETIC service from Makro and Makro Online !!!!

Right now, I am very very frustrated with the poor pathetic service I experienced from Makro. At this point I just want my FULL refund back as the services and excuses I got was and is just utter bull****. Waited forever for a stupid online order,which never came(Get your delivery dates in order) Absolutely poor service from the call center consultant or manager Elizabeth just having to beg for a follow up on where the hell my order is. Spending more money on calls just to request my refund back as the order never came.I initially went to Game and spent my money there.I can go on and on and for the broken frontloader that was purchased at Makro Montague Gardens, for me to spend my money once again to go and change it at the store. Baffles me as to how you would package items that's so badly damaged, or maybe they just hide it away from the customers. Anyway this has been exhausting and a waste of my time and money so please GET MY FULL REFUNDED SORTED AND DO NOT EVEN THINK OF CHARGING ME FOR DELIVERY FEES.I WANT MY REFUND!!
