Absolutely pathetic

I was at Makro Alberton yesterday, we decided to purchase quite a few things there. As it turns out, a person cant use their Game card at makro even though they are the same company. One of the makro staff said I need to go to their services counter and they will do something on their system and I will be able to use my Game card. Only for the service counter to tell me that I need to open a makro account. We had to leave all our trolleys and potential purchases and just leave to go somewhere else. Ill never support makro again!! Iv never had such bad service at Game.
