ABSOLUTELY NO AFTER SALE SERVICE

Yet another week has passed with no answers or refund or delivery! Every time I must hear they working on the case but can’t give any feedback. Almost 14 weeks of waiting for a refund!! And another order not delivered waiting for 4 weeks now they can’t tell me where the package is!
