Absolutely horrible service from Makro Springfield in Durban
Absolutely horrified, by the service that i received from Makro. I placed an online order on the 26th of Feb, today is the 6th of March and i havent received my full order as yet. Why does Makro such a huge company offer a delivery service if they can't deliver. I called the call Centre twice and all they can tell me is that they have escalated the matter. Now i dont have any water in my home because Makro is sitting with my bottled water order? Is Makro going to pay for my doctors bills is my son or myself gets sick with tap water? Iam so disapointed!!!!! And extremely frustrated.

Doesn't mean because u sent a reply on this platform that all is well. I never get any response
as yet about my delivery. So it's all good and we'll to

no point when nothing is being done about the issue.
