Absolutely horrible service from Makro online delivery

Absolutely horrible service from Makro online deliveries. Ordered a tv that was supposed to be delivered on Saturday 24 January but never came with no update from Makro. Had to call twice, each time I was told that my issue had been escalated but still nothing is being done. Still waiting on the tv to be delivered but I am considering cancelling my order and getting a refund instead because this is ridiculous.
