Absolutely disgusting service
Rude, useless and inefficient. Jabulelo decided for me that he doesn't want to help me and I shall speak to the manager. He is rude and disruptive. Grabbed my phone to check the invoice. Deliberately took forever to book my item. He was dismissive throughout. I am standing in the refunds dept while typing this and he is helping other people.

25 May 2026, 10:46Still no feedback. In addition, when trying to get hold of the returns department, no one answers, and the manager is apparantly too busy to call?????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! if your job is not customers, what the hell are you busy with.
