Absolutely Disgusting Service

Whatever you do people Do NOT ever use Makro online, they obviously have no clue what they are doing and the most useless incompetant people that claim that they are here to assist. In short, just about a month now since order placed, told its delivered then i collected!!! Then checking for stock then order sent to other branch then collected again by me. Eventually cancelled order and still waiting for confirmation, told branch is checking for stock before they process cancellation!!. The most useless system and people i have ever come across, disgusted and will not even go into a Makro store ever again, they have lost me as a customer for life!!
