Absolutely disgusting!!!! Never purchase equitment from makro!

I have sent my karcher machine in on the 10 Feb this year and was told they will contact me when it is ready, I have requested urgent repairs as it is for my business. No one to date has called me back, I have made numerous calls to the branch chatting to THelma, Cecelia, Rosa and Tabelo who keep affirming my machine will be there day, and still no call back on it. I have vented my frustration on all avenue explaining my business is taking a knock but no one gives a damn. They promise you, assure you to call back and have the machine delivered but always have excuses upon the drivers. I need this machine and have no other ways to explain the urgency.
