Absolutely disgusted

Wrong item was delivered, logged a return everytime I call the call centre they say nothing can be done. I called them within an hour of delivery yet no one can assist me they make me hold the line and the drop the call. Managers of any form refuse to speak to you. If I do not get a call from a manager by days end, I will come to any store with my lawyer and the police.
