**Absolutely Disappointed - False Advertising and Misleading Practices!**

I am incredibly disappointed with my recent experience shopping at Makro. On Black Friday, I found an advertised deal for electric kettles priced at R1.94 each. I placed an order for five kettles through the Makro website, and the item was listed as *in stock* the entire day.

Despite completing my purchase and receiving confirmation, my order was suddenly canceled with the reason being "Out of Stock." This excuse does not make sense, as many other items on the website were clearly marked as "Out of Stock" and couldn’t be purchased, but the kettles I ordered were **in stock** when I made the transaction.

I feel that this was a clear case of false advertising. Whether the price was a mistake or not, it was advertised as available, and I paid for it in good faith. Canceling my order after successful payment feels incredibly misleading and unprofessional. If Makro made a mistake, they should honor the price instead of hiding behind stock excuses.

This experience has left me questioning Makro’s integrity, and I doubt I’ll be shopping here again unless they make things right and deliver the items I purchased.
