🚨 Absolutely Appalling Service – A Complete Failure! 🚨

I have to be honest—this has been the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. It actually revolts me how utterly *********** this company is.

From the start, they had zero interest in my experience. Despite multiple requests, no one bothered to call me back with any feedback. I spent hours on the phone with their call center, only to be passed from one clueless representative to another, none of whom could provide any useful information.

I placed my order on March 3rd, and after waiting 22 days, they finally informed me that they would not fulfill it—all while conveniently delaying my refund for another week or two. This is beyond unacceptable. It’s a complete failure of basic customer service.
