Absolute trash service

Absolutely TRASH!!! Customer service is **********, no-one is trained properly, there are so many departments but no-one can give me answer.

I order 3 bottles of what I thought was Chenin blanc, it arrived Aug 8, got sent Sauv Blanc instead and immediately logged a return. In that time I had also called the store to check whether I could go and swap for the correct product and got told the product does not exist on their catalogue. I let the logged return stand as it would be collected on August 11.

It is now Aug 12 '25 and the wine is yet to be collected. I've had to call them to ask them to pick up the product I didn't order. I've never had worse customer experience in my life. Absolute trash
