Absolute pathetic customer service

We ordered a Tv box online a week ago. When the TV Box arrived none of the apps worked. Not even Netflix. It kept saying that the device is not compatible. I immediately logged a return and a refund as it was advertised that the apps came pre loaded on the TV Box. The next day I recieved an email from Makro stating that the reseller says the box isn't faulty and is working perfectly I then phoned Makro and told them that I wasn't dealing with the reseller, but that I bought the box from them and that they falsely advertised a TV Box that wasn't working and what were we supposed to do with a TV Box with no apps on it. I have never been more disappointed with any online shop's customer service as Makro. I will never suggest anyone to buy from them ever again. I posted a review on Hello Peter 2 weeks ago. They phoned me and said that they will look into the matter and no feedback eversince.
