Absolute no service from MAKRO

I posted this previously and got the response, however up to date no one have contacted me. No after sales service from MAKRO I bought a Ryobi petrol cutter from Makro Vaal about 2 years ago. The machine did not want to start on several occasions. The machine was returned under warranty to makro, every time I am being told the spark plug is clogged up and need to be replaced even after three months at a time. I had several discussions with Ryobi direct as I requested that I require the compression test of the machine. As faulty compression can also cause a spark plug to clog up. On my last return to Makro I was yet again told the plug need replacement and a service for which I need to pay. This was now the forth return. I had a telephonic conversation with Shawn Deysel at Makro VAAL. He said they are willing to pay for this repair from MAKRO side. I said to him I was not happy as I requested now several times I require the compression test of the machine. I told me he is going on leave at that time and someone else will sort it. Weeks later I sent a follow up mail requesting the progress. Lawrence Nophala responded to say that the machine is at the store, nothing was done to it and still no compression test was done. A email from ryobi was attached to say that every time the plug was clogged up and that I do not use the correct ratio of petrol and oil. I responded to ask if the ratio supp**** on the machine is correct as that is the ratio I use. As a reputable auditor I think I can do some calculations. I phoned Shawn Deysel and requested him what is going on, I also mentioned to him that it seem that people in his store do not now what they are doing. He commented to me to say that I am getting personal. He will look at the emails and come back to me. Today more than two months later nothing happen and my machine is not sorted. Can you now please inform me when I can collect my voucher of the value I paid for the machine please.
