Absolute Nightmare to return online orders.

Makro Online Nightmare Stay away from purchasing online from Makro. They have allowed merchants to sell via their Makro online site and who's quality is absolutely disgraceful. The pictures viewed online are nothing close to what is then delivered. I took receipt of my package on 26 th April 2025, it is now 11th June 1 and 1/2 months later I still have not been able to log a return for this item. I have received zero support and no answers to my questions. The site is not allowing me to see my past orders and then to return the package and the online support has still not rectified the issue or assisted me in another way to return the item. The item still hasnt been returned and I still cant get a refund.
