Above and beyond.

Today fornthe first time in a long time i have receive beyond excellence service. I arrived about 12:30 at makro polokwane to collecr my macro card. The person who assited me was doimg great so i finished with her round about 13:05 i went to see if they have the dishwasher on special the 2 ladys who tried to assist me wasnt that helpfull and told me the stock is finished. I weny back to credit station to collect my card and i spoke to willy khalo one of the managers to see if he can assist me and thats what he did above and beyond my expetations. Hr phoned and saw tgere was three in stock but could not find a forklive driver i told him i would not mind taking the one on floor because of the promoyion ending tommorow he wrapped it nice and tight with that leadership in makro i must say impressed. For the 2 apllaiance ladys good luck maybe next time and learn from your manager mr willy khalo i respect you good sir.
