A very disappointed customer 🚮

Makro is full of ****. I placed an order on the 30th of November and they promised delivery the following Monday. On Monday I got an sms from Makro saying they will deliver via DSV couriers and they provided me with the shipment number. When I search the shipment number on the DSV website it says the shipment number does not exist. Last week ended without them delivering. This week on Monday I got an sms saying they will deliver and the courier company that was going to deliver was a company I have never heard of, WumDrop. These guys decided to text and call me via WhatsApp on Monday evening. I know how unprofessional, I had to go outside in the rain to collect my parcel, and guess what it was only 1 item out of 3. Makro can learn a lot from Takealot. I was the remaining items to be delivered by the end of this week or I opening a case against you. Order number MAK***
