A very bad service

Never thought Makro will be so disappointing, cimplained about my faulty fridge that i bought from Makro, they promised to exhange as ive explained tovthem that i throw away food because the fridge is not getting cold the way it supposed to. Even today no one had contacted me, nothing had been done about my complaint, i wish they can refund me and guy fridge somewhere else. I'm soooo frustrated and furtherup
