A very angry customer
My Samsung microwave is not working, I took it to Makro and on the microwave door there was a sticker that said 10 years warranty and now I got a call from Saneliso Nkosi saying that I need to pay R900 and something. The lady that assisted me did mention any charges. Makro I need my microwave working or my money back. I'm

Makro Woodmead get your staff that are working with the appliances to teach customers about the warranty and how it works. The lady at the returns confirmed with me that the microwave was under warranty. I'm very ****ed off right now
