A thoroughly disgusted customer.

On Sunday morning we shopped Makro Vaal TV section to purchase a 3D Blue ray sound system. The staff view all viewing Sport on TV and requesting assistance they proceeded to have a fight amongst them selves as to who would be forced to assist us. Once staff member was duly selected who accompanied us to the sound system section but half way through the transaction disappeared to watch TV again. We had to go and select someone else to come and assist us. This purchase was a long awaited treat for our family which ended in fury, frustration and disappointment at the shoddy disgraceful behaviour of the paid staff of Makro. This people should not deserve luxury of employment or be protected by employers. A thoroughly disgusted customer.
