A simple quantity problem cannot be resolved
I ordered pasta bowls online on the 6th of July 2023 and received the wrong quantity. The adverti*****t described that there are 4 bowls in a box and I ordered 2 boxes, but only received 2 single bowls. I have logged this more than once were they just decline it without resolving the matter.

Thank you, someone did contact me, on Monday the 4th of August regarding my problem about the quantities. I have send him a photo of the price tag on the bowl with the amount I paid. Now he wants me to send him proof (screenshot) of the bowl that no longer exist on your website, that explains what's in the box in the item description. How is this possible? Am I the one person that bought these items or are you ******** people out of their money?
