A reputable store that has turned into "a ****/robbing mafia business"

It is very typical of Makro to ask that the product be returned to the store, just on the 15th I returned their canister set that was damaged and the sales manager was very rude on the phone with the refunds clerk and when they finished speaking over the phone the reply I got from the clerk was that I bought the set in December and It's stucked with me, I just asked asked for the sales manager's name and surname and went ito the store; my issue got resolved after roughly 30 minutes of exchanging words with the sales manager who gave in because I utterd the words" we will sleep here at makro until my set is either refunded or the supplier exchanged". What about the Tbone steak we ate over the December period, now I must return part used mince because I used the other pack thinking it is what is on the label on the tray and when I get there I will have to exchange words with the manager at the butcher. This is way too much remember my petrol, time and other factors,,, I will surely return the mince over the week but they have to fix their business otherwise word of mouth will cost them way too much...
