A paid simple delivery takes 7 days!

Whether you click or phone Makro you always hear how convenient it is to shop online and so I gave it a go.

I completed my simple purchase of baby food and wetwipes online and was informed that there will be a two day waiting period which was still acceptable.

After the two days I contacted the Strubensvalley store and was informed that the waiting time for any order is 7-15 days? How on earth do you offer a service that serves no purpose of convenience, it does not save time and it is not simple and effortless as proclaimed by you.

If i knew I had to wait this long to get baby food and wet wipes I might as well have gone into the store and got it done. Absolutely useless. Do NOT order online from Makro ever!
