I just have to take a moment to commend Makro for truly outstanding service from start to finish 👏

I recently made a major online purchase, beautiful couches from one of their suppliers, Beltrancraft, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. A very special thank you to Lydie, who went above and beyond in helping me configure my LHF daybed exactly the way I envisioned it. She was patient, attentive, and kept me consistently updated on the progress of the layout and production. That level of communication and care is rare and so appreciated!

And let’s talk about the Entertainment Department! The sales consultant there deserves serious recognition, what an exceptional salesperson! He confidently (and successfully 😄) upsold me on a Hisense QLED TV and a 5.1 Hisense soundbar. I must say, top-tier service. Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate. Yes, it meant adding more to my purchase, but it was absolutely worth it!

To make things even better, my TV and soundbar were delivered the very next day, and my couches arrived within a week. Seamless. Efficient. Impressive.
