A cry for help

I placed an order on the 28th of November 2024, the expected delivery date was on the 30th of November. I haven't received anything yet, no communication from Makro with regards to when I can expect the order or why my order has been delayed. It's the 3rd of December now and the status of my order still shows "in progress" this is a true inconvenience as me and my family are waiting on the food to cook now we are spending more on food items which we bought but do not have, the next thing they will say is to meet the delivery van half way.
