A commendable customer experience received.
<p> I just want to say thank you to Thami and Jethro from Makro Crown Mines for an excellent service they gave me and my husband just a few minutes back. They made us feel like we were the most important people inside the store even though we got 15 minutes before closing time. They were so friendly and helpful in assisting us choose the appliance we came in for. They went as far getting us a till with no queue. We were in and out of the shop by 17:30. There are very few people who can give such an admirable customer service til their knock off time. Keep it up guys.
