A bunch of *******

I returned my monitor to the Strubensvalley store on 2 April 2022, I was told the refund would be in my account within 2-3 business days. By 5 May the money was still not refunded, I have called and sent numerous emails. I was then redirected to Strubensvalley and told to come and physically collect my refund at the store. No one had bothered to communicate this.

I then came to collect my money and they told me they cannot refund me I must come back again. Absolute garbage!
