A breath of fresh air amid chaos

I had numerous issues with 2 online orders. Yesterday I went to the Polokwane branch to see if they could sort out my issues which the call centre failed dismally to do. I spoke to the branch manager Piet Makwela. He immediately sorted both issues out. One of the items were small enough for me to pick it up and go home. The other order was too big and was delivered today. Unfortunately the item was again damaged and had to be returned. Thank you to Piet Makwela for excellent service.
