*******!!!

I ordered items online on the 12th of May, and there was some items that were cancelled automatically by the system and it resulted in the fact that the total amount was less than R500 and their policy is that you pay for delivery if you order for less than R500. First off I had to send numerous emails and phone many times before I even got a refund on the short items. Second of all their online team sucks. Rishen, Grant and Lavashni are not really helpful in recovering the delivery fee witch I tried to avoid from the start by ordering for over R500. It's unfair to charge a client for delivery if they are not the one who cancelled items! Deidre is not a cheerfuln ray of sunshine either, she doesn't even greet a person on emails. So rude and *****y! This whole process has een dragging on for almost 2 months now. This is truly pathetic. I won't shop there again in store or online. Won't recommended to friends or family either! This online order was from Makro Wonderboom.
