90 minutes just for a collection?
<p>Morning, I bought a 500l rain drum on Wednesday to collect over the weekend. I rocked up on Saturday to collect, and I had to wait over an hour and a half before I had the item located. The staff came to me around 80minutes after i walked in the store and said they cant find it. Really pathetic service, expecting a customer to wait that long just to collect one item. FYI - I was not the only one waiting.</p>
