9 days for a delivery that is not so far from the store

I am so disappointed with Makro online, I made an order online on 2 August, it was written it would be delivered on the 7th August. So I made the purchase in mind knowing very well the function I am purchasing the item for is on the 8 August. Only for them to send me a message on the 8 August that it will be delivered on the 9th. I am not even 30kms far from the store where it was packaged. If it’s delivered on the 9th it will be useless moss.
