Makro selling product with unknown made up policies, bought a brother printer at Makro, and the nightmare it was after just having the printer for 3 days only after it just stopped working for no reason. managers are not helpful, or dont even understand their own policy, Makro self made policy that they made to protect themself of not assistance clients or refunds in the 7 day policy. Never will I purchase any item or product from Makro and now Brother SA will be feeling it too as I am throwing this printer in the bin, because I was not help and unsatisfied of the treatment I received. Do NOT buy anything from Makro before getting the items you buying policy in writing. They print their policy small, so when you walk out the small, your rights is gone. Sad, but R1900 down the drain for using it for 3 days and being told I have to take it myself to brother office, but buying it from their store
