8 weeks - no refund from Makro
I ordered Huggies Gold from Makro online on the 10 January 2023. Makro cancelled the order due to no stock on the 11 January 2023. After many calls and emails I was advised on 16 February 2023 that i will be refunded. I am still waiting for my refund from Makro online today 02 March 2023. I will never order online from Makro again. The customer service is pathetic. I do not receive any response to my mail.
