8 DAYS AND MY MONEY HAS NOT BEEN REFUNDED!!!!!

I bought winny the Pooh cot bed on promotion online and returned it on the 7th of December as what I received was not the same as what the picture online was showing, I then returned the cot bed at Germiston Makro where they took a cot bed and issue me a refund note and advised that Makro online will facilitate the payment back to my card within 5 working days, I also received a confirmation email confirming same, it is now past 8 days and Makro HAS NOT REFUNDED MY MONEY or communicated to me on what could be causing the delay, PLEASE BRING BACK MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY.

Hi Mbali Makhanya, Please note that I have written another review as I contacted the online call center and was taken from pillar to post and later on after holding for over 20 min I was told that Grant from the financial payment has processed the refund and it shows successful but there's nothing on my bank statement which means either Grant paid this money bank on his own account or the refund was not processed at all. It is now 9 days and no refund has been made when I was told on the 7th that it will reflect within 2-5 working days. I need my money as soon as possible or I will report Makro for theft.
