71 days & Makro hasn't delivered, hasn't refunded my order nor bothered to sort it out

It’s been 71 days since I placed my order on 14 May 2023. No order and no refund. Scant communication. No one at Makro sorting this out despite it being months already. Inefficiencies in Makro's internal processes & poor internal communication are at the customer's detriment. Total lack of customer service.
