In 2023, with money now tied up due to failure to honour an online transaction how is this Makro Mood??

Unbelievable that payment refund processes are not invested in...instead I am told repeatedly about PROCESS which protects Makro profits and doesn't enable my Customer Journey...

And your complaint only goes to a Store Manager-impossible to speak to a Regional, Head of Operations, Head of Ecommerce...so is the customer really that important???

No wonder Massmart continues to be on retail life support...your Why is wrong.
