7 days on a 2-5day delivery still noting.

Not happy with this service at all, I ordered a R7299 washing machine from makro port Elizabeth online with delivery to Knysna on 23/04/2022, with a 2-5 delivery advertised. It has been at the "Courriers since minday, Friday 29/04/2022 is the 5th working day, still no washing machine? Sent emails, Facebook messages, all gets escalated with no further feedback. Your website tracking states order packed? But monday already received a sms its at courriers will get a sms on the day of delivery. I dont understand how it takes a courrier 5 working days to do a delivery of this amount and size so long to deliver just 240km away to Knysna. This will certainly be my very last purchase from Makro Online Ever. I bought exactly the same item from takealot two weeks ago and it was delivered from Johannesburg that is 1200km away in just 3 Days. Thats correct, i ordered from takealot supp**** out of Johannesburg to my house in just 3days. You really have to bump up your courrier service with deliverys or soon your worst opposition will cause you unrecoverable damage. One bad experience like this, and you loose a customer entirely. I made clear instructions to on the order who to phone upon arrival of delivery nobody heard nothing yet.
