7 days, no delivery

They promise 2 - 5 days online delivery. I am on day 7 and counting, still no fridge. And, bear in mind, this is not a fridge upgrade, I literally have no working fridge. Ah the joys of rotting food. Oh they say they tried to deliver, maybe the driver was here, but he certainly did not contact me to open the gate for him. For the fourth time they scheduled to have it delivered at 12pm today. Ok, I thought, this time is going to be the one! I even waited in the street for make sure he didn't miss me. Sadly after 20 minutes I realised I was stood up - no delivery arrived, and I still have no fridge.
