7-10 working days delivery and still waiting!!!!!

I ordered online (2 Dec 2019) and on the special request box asked that the delivery takes place over the weekend as I am not home during the week. On Monday at 16h30 I received a call from a number. *** this gentlemen asked if they can deliver on that day and my response was as per the order I requested delivery to be done on weekend. He then confirmed that delivery will either be Sat 14 Dec or Sun 15 Dec and I will receive a call on the morning of delivery. Sunday I called and spoke to Thando who confirmed to me that she sees nothing on the system stating my order has been dispatched and will escalate to the follow team who will call me on the same day and I am since waiting for that call. According to the website delivery is 7-10 working days from the day you make an online purchase and believe today is the 10th day an no seems to know what is happening with my order.
