60 DAYS NO REFUND YET!!!

It has been 60 Days since i logged my return for a refund after Makro sent me 2 water bottles instead of action figures. After my last review on the 22 of May they rep**** privately and said my refund has been sorted and i will receive my funds within 2-5 working days. it has been 9 working days AGAIN with no refund. My packet was collected on the 29th of March already.
