6 weeks and still nada for online order

I ordered an online only item on December 8th for a Christmas present. I still don't have it on Jan 19. Despite numerous emails, assurances that I would have it by Christmas, calls and even an email to the office of the CEO- from where I was promised a result. So don't use the service. They don't deliver.
