6 days still no delivery

I placed an order on Makro on the 28.11 now this is for month end groceries. Their usual turn around time is 2-5 working days however it is now day 6 and still nothing - the useless store cannot even answer their phones for me to inquire. These items are not a fridge or a stove but essential items that I require for running my home. I have been calling the 0860 number diligently the entire week. Yesterday I left an urgent message for the Springfield branch to call me back - STILL no call back. You guys have taken the money but have not supp**** me with the stuff. Today I got through to the 086 number and spoke to Sandile who called the courier company and phoned me back to say it was cancelled at the store. WHEN AM I GOING TO GET MY ORDER - should I not get my order either today or tomorrow I am going to the store and I want my money back as I cannot wait for this anymore.
