This is by far the worst retailer i have ever used i bough a bed a year ago with 10 year warranty(still advertised like that on your website now 1 year later i log a return as the bed has some defaults then i receive a shipping notice that they are coming to collect the bed on 13/096/2023 till today bed was never collected i emailed your customer service email and they kept requesting the same things from me and never helped then resorted to twitter for assistance and they have been escalating it with no word from them since 08/07/2023 then i resorted to you call center that always say they escalating it with no feedback and your team leaders at the call center not wanting to speak to me today i health fr 30 minutes for the team leader and they never came and they hung up on me last time i was told the bed company said they fetched the bed but they never came and the other agent said the bed company said my bed is no on warranty were else my invoice and purchase order says a different thing i fill ****** by makro after i trusted you guys with my money and you portrait to be a trusted retailer i got ****** and left to figure out everything by my self if it was possible i would fight for my money but you a big company and its ok for you guys to take advantage of us consumers
