4th MONTH and am still waiting for REFUND from MAKRO

Sad that one has to resort to these platforms to get the business attention.... Since I ordered a microwave online that never materialized end May, to date i still haven't been refunded as promised..the up & down still continues..only a week ago I was told to send my banking details after previously without such told I will be refunded in 10 to 14 days, that my money will be reversed into my account since I did electronic payment....how long does it take Makro to refund clients? I really think Makro think I will eventually be tired and let go of my money the way they operate..worst online purchase I've ever done..
