I have been waiting for my refund on order i placed on the 19th of April. The Strubens Valley store did not deliver the products as they did have them in stock. They then acknowledged the refund on the 29th of April and since then i have made a number of calls to follow up and i would be told the refund request is with the finance team at head office. The online manager Lusanda Cele the call gets dropped and every time he promises to get get back to and he doe not. They are now avoiding me, every time i call and get transferred to him the call gets dropped. How can take take over a month to pay the refund that's due to me? All i want is my money and i don't want any stories
