I purchased a Defy double door fridge with an extended waranty as per invoice but now Makro staff distances themselves and claim it was for a TV that i never even purchased. No one willing to take accountability for their mistake.

12 Feb 2026, 16:30I did and they cant give answers. I Still Repeat, I did NOT buy any TV with Makro and why would I claim if it was not for a Fridge.. the reason I bought the warranty was because of the loadshedding !! NOW I must run around ??
