49 days no Refund

I ordered a Honor Watch 5 Smar****ch (online) on 14 January 2025. When I received the item (20 January 2025) it was not the item that I ordered, it was a no-name Smart Bracelet.

I Requested a return and replacement of the item. Replacement of the item was not approved.

After numerous calls, emails and WhatsApp's the item was returned, on 30 January 2025.

On 13 February 2025 I inquired about my refund but was told there is a delay due to the supplier feedback, phoned on 17 March 2025 was told that the refund has not been approved but will be paid on 18 March 2025 Checked 20 March 2025 STILL no refund phoned again only to be told that the refund has still not been approved??????????
