4.5 months of inefficient service

Dear Makro,

We ordered 8 dark grey chairs from you 4.5 months ago. 5 of those were white. Lovely, but not what we ordered or wanted. Since then, trying to get hold of you to sort it out has been less than easy. The run around from you has been world class. If only your service was as efficient?

What does it take to replace our order with the correct one?
